 The UWOC organizational structure consists of a leadership Council and working groups. The Council consists of nine (9) voting members who operate in a shared leadership model, with each member having leadership responsibilities in the working groups. The Council elects a facilitator and co-facilitator who serve for a period of one year. The facilitators do not make independent decisions for the Council. All Council decisions are made by consensus.
